I left lava/universal republic records bc I wanted to stay true to what I do, hopefully God we’ll see that I seek the truth rather than selling my soul to what they want you to become. The only way i know to be true to you and me is be honest, but it’s scary when the machine wants you to become like every other artist they have and become what your not. I spent my life doing that and hit records didn’t change the way I felt about me, so I try and be honest as I can and the only thing that makes that worthy is your comments and how it’s touched you bc that’s the channel we stay open for so we can relate to each other through goes channel. I don’t want to sign to another major label to be lied to and be fake bc that kills our souls but also Kills my pocketbook. Lol.
